- 1. The subject of the contract is 4 electrical locomotives with an operating speed of not less than 200 km/h together with the provision of maintenance services.
2. The contract award procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to the Act of 11 September 2019 - Lawpublic procurement, hereinafter referred to as the "PZP Act". The order in question is a sectoral order.
3. Detailed requirements for the order are included in SWZ and attachments to SWZ, which is an integral part of it.
