Description:
The subject of the order is the rental of cars for the transport of passengers using the VIP Line zone under the mutual service of providing services.
As part of the mutual provision of services, the Contractor undertakes to give the Employer to the FH segment vehicles - in the amount of 3 items and segment vehicles in quantity2 pcs. For use in the form of long -term rental for a fixed period of 12 months.
The contracting authority undertakes during the contract to provide the contractor for marketing services consisting of:
1) displaying the promotional material of the Contractor on one screen in the VIP presidential salonand 2 screens in the VIP senatorial salon.
2) Displaying the contractor's promotional material on the screen in the EXL Preludium, Etude and Fantasy salon.
3) displaying branding - with the contractor's logo on the selected and fixed place, e.g. on the wall in the Executive salon "Fantasy", contractor vehicles,stands with folders.
4) renting advertising space on the ordering party's website - https://www.lotnisko-chopina.pl/ (banner rotating on the main page, tile banner on the main page, banner on the subpage).
5) placing three ads with discrete elements of the contractor onFacebook, Instagram and LinkedIn of the Ordering Party - one article per month.
6) information transmission placed on FIDS media in selected airport sectors to increase the effectiveness/intensity of displaying information material, where depending on the possibilitiestechnical ...
