1. The subject of the contract is the rental of surface water quality measuring devices along with An necessary equipment for the implementation of automatic measurements and the implementation of additional services necessary to found equipment and maintain them (task No. 2).

1. The subject of the order is the rental of devices measuring surface water quality together with the necessary equipment for the implementation of automatic measurements and the implementation of additional services necessary for the foundation of the devices and their maintenance (Task No. 2).

In addition, the order includes the contractor on behalf of and for Ordering Party of the necessary approvals, permits or other formal and legal documents enabling the performance of the task No. 2 of the subject of the contract in a manner consistent with the law, design and submission to the Ordering Party for approval of the method and schedule of installation of measuring devices (task No. 1).
