Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive repair of the 45WE-026 vehicle after the collision, in accordance with the Documentation Documentation within the meaning of § 11 para. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the general conditional operational operation of railway vehicles (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2016, item 226, as amended), Maintenance documentation, technical and movement documentation, as well as relevant Polish standards in this implementation of relevant European standards, industry standards in force and the provisions of national and Community law in force during the duration of the contracts in particular Technical specifications of interoperability. 2. The application is carried out in the mode of unlimited regulatory tender based on the provisions of the Regulations for the award of orders in Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A., to which the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 of the Act of 11 September 2019 do not apply public procurement - subliminal sectoral contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party were given in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ - Third part of the ToR) and in the template of the contract (Wu - II part of the Terms of Reference), which constitute an integral part of the ToR 4.
