Description:
As part of the order, the maintenance and repair services of ventilation installations located in the facilities of the Student Town of AGH in Krakow should be provided.
The subject of the contract includes in particular:
I. maintaining ventilation installations in the facilities of the Student Town of AGH in constant efficiency technical, except for downtime of devices necessary to perform maintenance and repair activities, including:
1) performing periodic technical reviews of ventilation installations twice each each calendar year of the contract: March-April, September-October and performance during these reviews of maintenance.
2) removing the malfunction of ventilation installations on business days, after their submission by the Ordering Party, using the basic set of tools, materials and parts that can be done immediately after the contractor's employee arrived at the facility, in which there is an inaccurate element of the ventilation installation. If the reported malfunction cannot be removed in this way, the contractor will draw up a repair cost estimate and present it to the contracting authority for approval.
3) performing measurements of ventilation efficiency in all facilities of the student town AGH covered by the subject of the contract, during the first and third maintenance review.
4) keeping technical documentation of maintenance and repair of ventilation installations (setting up and running a notebook and repair of ventilation installations for each of objects).
