Description:
The subject of the order is the repair of an angiograph at Mazowiecki Szpital Brdnowski Sp. z o. o., replacement of the lamp in the Artis zee biplane sn 153977 camera (year of production 2011). The order includes: a) disassembly of the damaged lamp along with its disposal/management, in accordance with applicable regulations; b) delivery a new, unreconditioned, brand new lamp; c) installation of the lamp and checking the correct operation of the angiograph after installation (test run); d) calibration of the generator; e) setting of the red light automatics; f) 3D and dose calibration; g) performance of acceptance tests, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister Health of February 18, 2011 on the conditions for the safe use of ionizing radiation for all types of medical exposure (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 884, as amended); h) submission of the required documents: acceptance test protocols, warranty card, conditions warranty.
