Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for boiler repair services involving the replacement of two STB sensors at the Laboratory Test Department in Poznań, ul. Ostrowska 388. We reserve, that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. Before submitting the offer, the Ordering Party requires an on-site visit (obligatory on-site visit), after arranging the visit with Mr. Tomasz Lipiński, tel. 500 034 885, tomasz.lipinski@udt.gov.pl.Devices installed at the UDT headquarters:• 2 pieces of low-temperature water heating boilers Viessmann Werke, type Paromat-SimplexPS022, power 225 kW, year of production 1996, Dekamatik M1, Dekamatik M2 automation,• Vessel Reflex Winkelmann diaphragm expansion tank with a capacity of 350 l, manufactured in 1996, • Viessmann VertiCell type 3003 334 hot water tank, capacity 500 l, • GAZEX -SL-21.Z gas detection system. By submitting the offer, the contractor declares that all additional costs were included in the offer, including travel costs, dismantling of faulty sensors, all materials necessary to carry out the repair, including new sensors, disposal costs.
