3) Task No. III - Repair of electronic components used in inspiro vehicles.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the list and maximum amounts of repair devices, has been specified in the specificationTechnical (hereinafter: "ST"), constituting Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: "SWZ").
2. The contractor will grant a 6-month warranty for functional segments after repair in the scope of task No. I and 24-month warranty for devices after repair in the scopeTasks No. II and No. III
3. The subject of the contract will be completed in accordance with the documentation of the procedure, i.e. SWZ and its attachments, in particular ST and the model of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).
4. Pursuant to art. 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority requires employment under an employment contract inunderstanding the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465 and of 2024, items 878 and 1222), by the contractor or subcontractor of persons performing activities directly related to the repair of electronic devices referred to in point 4.1 point 1), 2) and 3) SWZ andwy...
