Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the repair of the emergency and evacuation system based on the Hybrid H-302C headquarters in the Rectors 4 Warsaw University of Technology building.
2. The repair service and detailed requirements covered by the order are specified in the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter "OPZ"), which It is in Annex 1 to SWZ and in the Przegląd Przegląd NO.: P/H-302-C/13/2025 constituting Annex 1A to SWZ.
3. The permanent terms of the contract were included in the planned provisions of the contract (PPU), which constitute Annex 2 to SWZ.
