1 2. The removal takes place with the ordering one. 3. Remuneration for the performance of the subject of the contract will include: 1) all costsrelated to the purchase of worship, 2) replacement and repair of damaged control and automation elements in the fuel system, 3) other costs incurred during the check -up, 4) drawing up a desk protocou and providing warranty documents and certificates confirming the compliance of the delivered honorand the materials used from EN. 8. Contractor ensuring the social facilities to his workshop-commission. 9. The contractor will guarantee: 24 months for the service, in the scope of the contract. The warranty begins its run with the date of signing the removal protocou. 10. Repair of post -warranty equipmentcovers all defects. 11. The Ordering Party specifies that the contractors or subcontractors are required under the OSB work agreement specified in the beginning of 3 to the contract, if the performance of these activities consistsn...
