Description:
POLREGIO sp.z o.o., invites contractors with knowledge and experience regarding the order to submit price information to repair a GGT275SO/549D axial gear with serial number 29879 compliance with the description of the subject of the contract (attached) 1. The scope of repair is aimed at restoring the full technical efficiency while maintaining structural and operational properties. The performance should be carried out in accordance with the technical and movement documentation of the transmission, the conditions of technical acceptance after repair and Polish standards appropriate for the repaired range. 2. The contracting authority requires, In order for the subject of the contract to be carried out in accordance with the documentation:- Documentation of the EZT 31WE Maintenance System ED78 series,- Technical and Movement Documentation EZT 31WE ED78 series,- Technical conditions for the execution and reception of EZT 31WE ED78 series. Pickup A receiving commissioner will make a commissioner together with an authorized representative of the contractor. To confirm receipt, the Contractor will issue a control document - reception certificate 3.2 to the extent in accordance with para. 4 point 4.2 PN-EN 10204: 2006, after presenting the protocols from measurements and tests gearboxes.
