Description:
The subject of the fall is the implementation of the investment entitled Repair of the storm sewage sewage charging from ul. Legnicka W2 departure to the Baczyna stream. Implementation of the above The investment is planned in the design and build formula. The scope of works provided for implementation and Robt includes m.in :- to work complete project documentation,-to obtain a building permit for the enabling of construction works,-construction of construction robs based on project documentation made by the Contractor along with the viaducts not for construction works, in accordance with the lawconstruction applicable at the time of their implementation, necessary for the and caocial execution of the subject of theold,-the contractor of the author's supervision documentation during the implementation of ROBT on the basis of the documentation of projects based on the documentation of projects, which constitutes art. 20 para. 1 point 4Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law.
