Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the repair service of the ultrasonic flaw detector type OMNISCAN MX2 manufactured by OLYMPUS.Description of the fault: The device does not start, does not display the menu, only signal interference appears on the screen. The repair is in order to restore the proper operation of the device: Scope of repair: Replacement of the PCB responsible for the fault and calibration of the device. We reserve that the procedure may end with no offer being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The ordering party requires: - payment terms: 21 days from receiving a correctly issued invoice; - implementation deadline: no later than December 31, 2025 - offer validity period: at least 60 days - confirmation of the service will be a calibration certificate for the device after the repair - transport: Collection of the flaw detector from the Office of Technical Inspection and return to the Office of Technical Inspection after repair by and at the expense of the Contractor.-warranty: 6 months for the repair service performed-authorizations: Based on the presented scope of repair, the Bidder should be able to perform the service.-authorizations: The laboratory performing calibration is the National Metrological Institute - NMI (National Metrology Institutes), or the Institution Designated - DI (Designated Institutes) which is the depositary of state standards or a calibration laboratory accredited by an accreditation body that is a signatory of the EA MLA or ILAC MRA agreements.
