Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the repair service of the temperature calibrator type Venus 2140 SN, factory number 301100-1, manufactured by ISOTECH ISOTHERMAL TECHNOLOGY. The repair aims to restore the proper operation of the furnace. Fault description: - none the possibility of the furnace reaching temperatures below -7 degrees C. Temperatures above -7 degrees C. the furnace reproduces correctly. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The ordering party requires: - payment terms: 21 days from receipt of the correct issued invoice; - implementation deadline: no later than December 31, 2025 - validity period for the offer is: at least 60 days - confirmation of the service will be a repair report signed by both Parties - transport: Collection of the calibrator from the Office of Technical Inspection and return to the Office of Technical Inspection after repair by and at the expense of the Contractor. - warranty: 12 months for the replaced parts and labor - authorizations: Based on the presented scope of repair, the Bidder should be able to perform the service.
