• ​On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the repair of a type 45MG ultrasonic thickness gauge, manufactured by Olympus consisting of: - supplementing the missing mounting elements (washers, nuts) - repair/stabilization of LEMO connectors - functional test after repair. Confirmation of the service is a calibration certificate confirming compliance with the manufacturer's specification for 45MG thickness gauges. We reserve that the procedure may result in failure to selection of the offer if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: 21 days from receipt of a correctly issued invoice; - implementation deadline: 30 days from signing the order - validity period of the offer: at least 60 days days - confirmation of the service will be a calibration certificate stating compliance with the manufacturer's specification - transport: Collection of the thickness gauge from the Office of Technical Inspection and return to the Office of Technical Inspection after repair by and at the expense of the Contractor. - warranty: 6 months for the replaced elements-authorities: The laboratory performing calibration is the National Metrological Institution - NMI (National Metrology Institutes), or the Designated Institution - DI (Designated Institutes) which is the depository of state standards or a calibration laboratory accredited by an accreditation body that is a signatory to the EA MLA or ILAC MRA.
