• ​On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the repair of the UTT-A measuring system of the Scorpion2 robot (automated system for linear thickness measurement) with factory number 1813507 and code 0069255, including: 1. Repair of the ultrasonic head with the coupling system (set of rubber tires for the head) - due to the loss of technical and measurement parameters due to long-term use, which caused wear of the signal cables and tires rubber (guaranteeing ultrasonic coupling) and the front of the TWP25 circular head.2. Repair of the Joystick controlling the Scorpion 2 robot - due to wear of the control contacts and lack of full controllability of the Scorpion 2 robot. Purpose of the order: Restoration of full functionality and efficiency of the measurement system and mobility of the Scorpion2 robot, necessary to perform precise linear thickness measurements using the ultrasonic method. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected in the event of exceeding the estimated funds. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: 21 days from receipt of a correctly issued invoice; - implementation deadline: 30 days from signing the Agreement - validity period of the offer is 60 days - confirmation of the service will be a report from repairs signed by both Parties - warranty: 6 months for the replaced parts/elements - authorizations: the service must be performed by an authorized service - transport: Collection and return of the robot after repair by and at the expense of...
