Repair service for vehicles up to 3.5 (or their assemblies and components), motorcycles, quads and vehicles over 3.5 tons (or their assemblies and components) and buses and trailers for the 28th Military Economic Division in Siedlce and the military units supplied by it in 2026, divided into 6 parts - tasks.
1. The subject of the order is the provision of repair services for vehicles up to 3.5 tons. (or their assemblies and components) motorcycles and quads, and over 3.5 tons (or assemblies and components) of buses and trailers for the 28th Military Economic Division in Siedlce and the military units supplied by it in 2026.
2. Requirements and detailed description of the subject of the order detailed
in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the contract) and in Annex No. 6, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, 6E to the SWZ (designed provisions contracts).
214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law up to 50% of the value orders basic contract consisting in repeating, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, similar services consistent with the subject of the contract. The order will be awarded provided that the Ordering Party has financial resources for this purpose and, in particular, if a change is necessary scope of services will result from the need to extend the duration of the repair service for vehicles above 3.5 tons. The contract will be awarded on the basis of a new contract.
