1. Subject of the contract. Performing traction engines repair services aimed at using their technical condition to full properties utilitarian life. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the requirement of the contracting authority was given to the inspector Itemnations (OPZ - III part of the Terms of Reference) and the inside of the contract (Wu - II part of the Rewigs), which constitute an integral part of the Terms of Reference. 3. Designation according to the joint CPV dictionary: 5022000-7-Services in the field of repair and maintenance of rolling stock. 4. based on the provisions of ordering of orders at Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the provisions of the Act of 11 September2019 - Public Procurement Law - subliminal sectoral contract. 5. Sermin of the contract - contract. It will be realized within 24 months of the conclusion of the contract, subject to the subject of the content described in §9 para. 1 point 6 of the contract template (part II of the Terms of Reference). 6.
