Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the repair of valve drive No. 5 of the drop structure Zb. Otmuchow.
1.1 As part of the task, the following scope of work is expected to perform:
1) Installation of renovation closures from the upper and lower water.
2) pumping water from the chamber between the valve and renovation closing fromLower water page.
3) repair of the structure of the Chopa valve No. 5 located in the chamber of the bottom ventilation of a dropping building with a hydroelectric power plant including:
• disassembly of the middle cuts of the middle Chopa valves,
• streaming cleaning and anti-corrosion protection of the middle cuts,
• dismantlingcylinders, rings, outlet housings, guides and the lower cuts of Chopa valves,
• assessment of the condition and suitability for further use of individual elements,
• stream-cut cleaning and anti-corrosion protection of elements allowed for further use,
• Utilization of elementsnot becoming not allowed to continue use,
• workshop execution based on the developed drawing documentation of valve structure elements requiring replacement,
• Installation of the valve with the drive system
4) dry movement tests,
5) disassembly of renovation closures,
6) Movement tests at loadsystem,
7) Development of as -built documentation.
1.2 Capital description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 2 to SWZ and Annex 3 to SWZ - bill of quantities.
2. The Employer informs that the amount he intends to spend to finance the order is PLN 2,500,000.00 gross.
