Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the following works (hereinafter "the subject of the contract"):
1) subject to para. 3 repairs 1 (one) of a set of wheeled sets (one set consists of: 6 wheeled sets - 4 drive and 2 rolling sets), used on rail buses SA132 and SA134 (hereinafter"Wheeled sets"), with a replacement of a total of 12 monoblock wheels (hereinafter "basic tasks"), and
2) subject to para. 2, implementation of optional works: delivery and assembly of a new drive axle with transmission transmission (maximum 8 pieces), delivery and assembly of the new rolling axis (maximum4 pieces), delivery and assembly of a new brake disc (maximum 12 pieces) (hereinafter "optional tasks"). The contracting authority reserves the right to make a unilateralorders for the implementation of the subject of the order in terms of facultative tasks (hereinafter "the option of additional tasks"). The contracting authority's use of additional tasks obliges the Contractor to fulfill the subject of the contract also to the extent indicated by the Ordering Party. SignificantThe provisions regarding the conditions for launching the option of additional tasks were specified in the contract template constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
