- POLREGIO S.A., invites contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information to repair the Hydrodynamic gear from 7 para. 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions in the field of preventing support for aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) art. 5k of the Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding limiting means in connection with Russia's actions Ukraine's situation (Journal of Laws of EU No. L 229 of 31.7.2014, p. 1). The Estimate who is selected to perform the contract will be obliged to submit a statement about the lack of grounds for exclusion - the template of the statement is in the attachment folder.
