Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the repair of the ZREMB NS-600W low-bed semi-trailer, registration number UJ 00578, VIN number SWZNS600030000017, year of production 2003. Location of the semi-trailer: 16th airport renovation battalion, Military Unit. 3918, 63-200 Jarocin, ul. Wojska Polskiego 71. The ordered repair hasconsists in restoring the delivered military equipment to full technical efficiency by replacing or repairing damaged elements. A detailed description of the activities to be performed and the parts to be replaced are included in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party requires equipment to carry out the repairs.providing a warranty for the period presented in the offer, but not shorter than 12 months from the date of signing the service acceptance protocol., The warranty period is one of the offer evaluation criteria (detailed information is included in part XIX of the SWZ)., 3. The warranty period for the materials used for the repair part is in accordance with the gwmanufacturer's warranty for a minimum of 24 months and runs from the date of signing the service acceptance protocol.
