1. Type of order: Construction works. The subject of the order is "Repair of the roof, rebuilding chimneys and replacing the entrance door in a residential building in Katowice at ul. Tartaczna 125".2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Agreement and the scope of works was included in the bill of quantities and drawings specifying scope of works, collectively referred to as the Description of the subject of the order "OPZ", constituting Annex No. 1 to ZO.3. Contractors are obliged to refer to the above-mentioned designation in all contacts with the Ordering Party.4. Each Contractor may submit only one offer prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Quotation in electronic form.5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The offer may only be submitted for the full scope of the order.6. Ordering party does not require a deposit.7.
