- The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of repair and maintenance of radar stations and radar equipment as well as components included in their assembly for the following types and types of radar devices and their varieties in 2026-2030: RO-82/M (NUR-31/M), RO-94 (NUR-31MK), RW-32 (NUR-41), RT-22 (NUR-22), NUR-22N-3D, RT-21 (NUR-21M/MK), RA-83 - antenna adapter for the RO-94 device (NUR-31MK), RSWP P-18 (LAURA) and their varieties in 2026 - 2030 2. Due to urgency the need to award a contract, the Ordering Party will apply shortened deadlines for submitting applications: Legal justification: art. 412 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law. Factual justification: The urgency of awarding the contract relates to actual time needs duration of the proceedings and execution of the order. In relation to the proceedings in question, the urgent need to award the contract is dictated by the need to ensure the security of the state and its inhabitants, ensure the inviolability of the country's borders, ensuring the territorial integrity and independence of Poland and implementing the constitutional and statutory tasks of the Polish Armed Forces. It is also worth mentioning the fact that it is necessary to keep radar stations in working order, because they perform their functions 24/7 combat duty in the NATO Integrated Air and Missile Defense System (NATINAMDS) and the National Air Defense System of the Republic of Poland.
