Description:
1. The list of objects covered by the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.2. The subject of the order is described in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor will be obliged, at his own expense and within his own scope, to, among others: to: 1) mark and secure the place of work, in accordance with applicable regulations regulations in this regard, 2) ensuring safe conditions for the implementation of works, specified in the provisions of the fire protection law. and health and safety at work,3) tidying up the area after completion of the work, including removing any damage caused during the performance of the work,4) bearing full liability for any damage caused by the activities resulting from implementation of the works in question, arising from the Ordering Party and third parties.4. The Contractor will perform the subject of the order with the utmost care required from an entity professionally performing this type of work, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, as well as with the SWZ and the offer, which will constitute an integral part of the contract.5.
