Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of repair, maintenance and troubleshooting services for electrical devices and installations in the Wrze Commune (street lighting) belonging to the Wrzeń Commune and in the buildings of the Wrzeń Town and Commune Office at ul. Ratuszowa 1, ul. Rynek 19/20 and the Civil Registry Office at ul. Chopin 9.2. The contract covers 140 street lighting circuits, sports facilities, pedestrian crossing lighting (a total of approximately 2,073 lighting fixtures), a power generator, and household appliances (dishwasher). The scope of services covered by the contracts: 1) monthly lump sum, ongoing maintenance and periodic inspections and examinations of items. 1.1. offer form: a) cleaning, maintenance and adjustment of control devices, enabling their proper operation or immediate response to irregularities, b) inspection, protection and operation of measuring devices, c) ad hoc inspection of the condition of street lighting fixtures, d) cleaning of street lighting fixtures in places indicated by the Ordering Party,e) inspection of installations and internal lighting fixtures (not requiring material expenditure),f) inspection of installations and 230V and 380V plug sockets (NO...
