Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of repairs at the P4 maintenance level of 33 (thirty-three) EN57AKM series electric multiple units (EZT), which underwent repairs at the P5 maintenance level in 2013-2014. As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to also:
1) performed work that goes beyond the permanent scope of repair at the P4 maintenance level, i.e. work that is necessary to be performed during the repair to achieve the technical condition specified in the regulations and technical acceptance conditions, but does not occur in every EMU repair to ensure proper operation and other unforeseen works depending on the needs or indicated and accepted by the Ordering Party and supplemented the deficiencies - additional works,
2) replaced the monitoring system in all 33 EMUs (from analog to digital) - additional modernization works,
3) replaced modules in all 33 EMUs communications from 3G to 5G additional modernization works.
2. A detailed description, scope, requirements and method of implementing the subject of the order are specified in the Terms of Reference (SWZ) together with the annexes.
3. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes that refer to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows the use of solutions equivalent to those described in standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems ...
