- 1 In the facilities of Metro Warszawskiego Sp. constituting Description of the subject of the contract and being an integral part of SWZ (Annex 1 to SWZ), and in the contract template (Annex 2 to SWZ).
The orders were divided into the following 5 parts (tasks) and was specified in point 4.3 of SWZ and in the abovementioned Ordering It allows submission of offers for one or more tasks, with the proviso that the offer must include all of each offered task.
Pursuant to art. Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277), by the Contractor or Subcontractor, all persons performing activities related to the maintenance and repair of passenger lifts, platforms and escalator as part of the subject of the contract. For failure to meet these requirements, he defines the contract template.
