On behalf of the Office of Technical Supervision, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the replacement and delivery of 7 emergency lighting lamps and 4 lighting lamps emergency, diagnosing and removing the cause of lack of communication between some lamps and the Awex RubicUNA control panel in accordance with the recommendations from the emergency and evacuation lighting inspection report of January 21, 2025, and performing an annual inspection of fire protection devices and systems in the Office of Technical Inspection building in DΔ browa Gornicza. We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations) in the form of a discount auction or request for quotation. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds. LOCAL VISITION: The Ordering Party recommends that the Contractors, before pricing the order and submitting an offer, conduct their own inspection of the scope, place and conditions of execution of the order at the unit of the Office of Technical Inspection at ul. Przybylaka 8 in DΔ browa Gornicza.
