- 1. Order name: Replacement of Arista's corples switches.
Performing a technical design by the contractor, as well as the transfer of proprietary property rights and dependent rights to the technical design;
Purchase and delivery by the Contractor for the location Employer of the equipment, as well as the purchase and granting of a license by the Contractor to use the system management software;
Execution by the Contractor in the indicated locations of the Ordering Party of installation and wDo-efficiency services, in accordance with the technical project, accepted by the Ordering Party, including the implementation of post -imagination documentation, as well as the transfer of proprietary property rights and dependent rights to the report on the acceptance tests and post -sensitization documentation;
Provision by the Contractor in the indicated locations of the contracting authority Service;
Giving a 36-month quality guarantee by the Contractor to supplied devices with system software and installed and wdrophyte services performed.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms and rules for the performance of the contract are specified in the planned Provisions of the contract constituting Annex 5 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: "SWZ").
