Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery and replacement of the ARST system at the 220/110KV Blachownia station, broken down into two tasks:
a) Delivery and replacement of the ARST system at the 220/110kV Blachownia station.
b) Delivery and replacement of microScada servers at the station 220/110kV Blachownia.
2) Detailed determination of the itemOrders can be found in Part II of SWZ and Part IV SWZ.
3) Pursuant to art. 101 para. 4 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described in SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 1 point 2 andparagraph 3 of the Act, if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than cited.
In accordance with art. 101 para. 5 of the Act, a contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions to an equivalent extentmeet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract, in particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act.
4) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer, part of the contract, which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and administrationby the contractor of subcontractors, if they are already known.
5) pursuant to the provisions of art. 438 of the Act in connection with art. 134 para. 2 point 14 of the Act, the requirements for the employment obligation to employ employees were specified in part II of SWZ and part IV SWZ.
