Description:
The subject of the contract is: 1. Making an inventory of the existing BMS system together with the HVAC system and automation system as well as the lighting and blinds control system and other integrated systems; 2. Preparation of the detailed design of the new integrated BMS system and the modification designand existing automation and HVAC cabinets with lighting and blinds control systems and other integrated systems; 3. Preparation of the installation and modernization works schedule for the new integrated BMS system; 4. Supply of devices and software; 5. Replacement worn outch or supplement to the necessary extent, resulting from the inventory and the detailed design of the system, measurement and control devices and wiring in automation cabinets, air handling units and office rooms; 6. Installation of devices and software (control panels, drivers, moI / O panels, actuators and other sensors such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, etc.); 7. Commissioning the system and setting its operating parameters in accordance with the assumptions of the original ventilation design, including the necessary configuration, calibration and adjustment of controllers, actuators, sensorstiers etc; Training in the use of the new BMS integrated with HVAC and lighting and blinds control system and other integrated systems.
