Description:
1- Sława Wielkopolska, whose implementation conditions are specified in Annex 4 (template of the contract) to SWZ.
2. The Employer reserves that until the contract is concluded, the shared timetables may be updated, constituting Annex 1 to the contract.
3. The contracting authority provides during the implementationOrder the possibility of exercising the right of the option referred to in art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law to the extent in accordance with SWZ.
4. Important provisions regarding the conditions for launching the options' right were specified in the contract template, constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
5. They may apply for the award of the contractContractors who:
1) are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances referred to in art. 108 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, with the proviso that in the proceedings the contractor is not subject to exclusion in the case referred to in art. 1 point 1 lit. h of the PZP Act, and in the case referred to in art. 1point 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if the person referred to in this provision was convicted of the offense listed in art. 108 para. 1 point 1 lit. h of the Public Procurement Law, in addition, they are not excluded in the circumstances referred to in:
