- 1.1. The subject of the order is the provision of replacement bus transport services (ZKA) in lieu of those provided by POLREGIO S.A. railway passenger transport, in connection with the planned by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. modernization works.
2. The expected mileage of buses will befrom adding travel (empty miles) during the implementation of the basic order on the EΕk-SterΕawki Wielkie-EΕk route is approximately 367,172 km.
3. During the implementation of the contract, the Ordering Party will have the right to exercise the option right to extend the section on which the Contractor will be lateprovided services in the following manner: Replacement transport extended by the Korsze-SterΕawki Wielkie section no earlier than December 10, 2023 - June 8, 2024, Maximum number of kilometers - 218283
