• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the replacement of computer stations for the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice. 2. The description of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order are included in: Technical parameters and price specifications - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, Draft provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the "DNSH Principle" (“Do No Significant Harm”) which is the principle of not supporting or conducting a business activity that causes significant harm (serious harm, has a significant negative impact) to any of the purposes environmental issues such as: 1) climate change mitigation, 2) adaptation to climate change, 3) sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources, 4) circular economy, 5) pollution prevention and control, 6) protection and restoration biodiversity and ecosystems. 4. The subject of the order is financed from the Recovery and Resilience Instrument for projects implemented under investment D.1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of transformation of digital protection health through further development of digital services in health care” which is an element of Component D “Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system”. 5.
