• Replacement of computer stations with an operating system for the National Institute of Oncology. Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice 1. The subject of the order is the replacement of computer stations for the National Institute Oncology named after Maria Skłodowska-Curie - National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice. 2. Description of the subject of the order and terms of execution of the order are included in: Technical parameters and price specification - Annex No. 2 to SWZ, Designed provisions of the contract that will be incorporated into the content of the contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the order in accordance with the "DNSH Principle" ("Do No Significant Harm"), which is the principle regarding not supporting or conducting business activities that cause significant damage (serious damage, have a significant negative impact) for any of the environmental objectives such as: 1) mitigating climate change, 2) adaptation to change climate, 3) sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources, 4) circular economy, 5) pollution prevention and control, 6) protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems. 4.
