- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of 6 network switches, along with their assembly and configuration,2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order and the parameters of the devices are set out in Annex No. 2 of the electronic offer form/Appendix No. 2 to SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the contract template, detailed description of the subject of the order.3. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) deliver, install, configure and launch the subject of the order on-site at the Ordering Party's premises, in the server rooms of the Ordering Party located in the administrative building C (Park Kingi 1, Wieliczka) and the upper shaft building of the Daniowicz shaft (ul. Daniowicza 10, Wieliczka),2) conducting training in the operation of the delivered devices,3) ensuring warranty service of the devices exercised by the device manufacturer.4. The subject of the order also includes the delivery to the Ordering Party of non-exclusive licenses for software necessary to complete the subject of the order to the full extent.
