Description:
1. The subject of the order is the replacement of showcases, dismantling of the vestibule with a coffered ceiling, replacement of external window sills, replacement of internal window sills, repair and polishing of internal terrazzo window sills, local plastering of ceilings and walls, painting of new plasters in commercial premises No. 2 U-2 in the building at ul. Z. Modzelewskiego 71 in Warsaw, 100% owned by the capital city of Warsaw. Warsaw and on the board of ZGN in the Mokotow District of the capital city Warszawy DOM Wierzbnow Warsaw. The premises are owned by the capital city of Warsaw. Warsaw and is located in the administration of the Real Estate Management Company in the Mokotow District capital city Warsaw, in the area of DOM Wierzbno. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (Chapter IV of the SWZ) and in the bill of quantities for construction works (Chapter V of the SWZ). The contractor will include all direct and indirect costs in the offer price, including: back office i construction organization. All permanent works subject to acceptance and payment were included in the bills of quantities. Accompanying works resulting from the work technology are described in STWiORB and the Contractor should include them in the offer price. The others are included in SWZ.
