Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of a passenger lift provided by the Contractor - an elevator adapted for people with disabilities, based on the existing shaft of the building of the Commune and City Hall in Ozimek, located in Ozimek at ul. ksidza Jana Dzierona 4B (entrance to the elevator from ul. Romana Dmowskiego) consisting of: 1) Disassembly of the existing elevator along with the disposal of demolition materials a) Disassembly of: the existing passenger lift - elevator with complete equipment, landing doors, machine doors, electrical power supply and control installations and, if necessary, together with disassembly of cabin guides and counterweight guides2) Construction works: a) Replacement or adaptation of the existing electrical installation for the needs of a new passenger lift - elevator, i.e. extension of the lift's power supply line from the old engine roomb) Carrying out all finishing and repair works in the scope of work performed c) Carrying out all accompanying works, i.e. demolition, bricklaying, plastering, painting, scope of work performed, i.e. reconstruction of the damaged wall and its painting 3) Delivery and installation of a passenger elevator with elevator parameters of...
