On behalf of the Office Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the replacement of emergency lighting fixtures and batteries, evacuation lighting fixtures and to carry out - after the replacement - an inspection of emergency and evacuation lighting in the UDT unit located at address: Ostrow Wielkopolski, ul. Matejki 31, 63-400 Ostrow WielkopolskiThe order concerns: 1) replacement of 12 luminaires and 4 emergency lighting batteries and 9 evacuation lighting luminaires in accordance with the recommendations of the emergency lighting and evacuation lighting measurement protocol of July 14, 2025 2) carrying out - after completing the activities described in point 1 - an inspection of emergency and evacuation lighting. The services will be performed in the UDT unit located at the following address: Ostrow Wielkopolski, ul. Matejki 31, 63-400 Ostrow Wielkopolski We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of carrying out the second stage of this procedure (negotiations), in the form of a discount auction or request for quotation. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: payment based on the acceptance protocol, 21 days from receipt of a correctly issued invoice; - implementation deadline: The contract is valid from the date of its signing.
