• ​On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the service: Replacement of the glass tread of internal stairs and the glass on the facade of building "C" of the UDT Headquarters in Warsaw. Requirements of the Ordering Party: - Performance of the service in accordance with the scope of work and quality and technical requirements described in detail in the Annex - A site visit and technological measurements are required before submitting the offer - Completion date: 8 weeks from the date of signing the order - Period warranty: 24 months from the date of completion of the service - Additional costs, including travel, securing the area, measurements, production, transport, assembly, auxiliary materials, waste disposal, documentation and warranty included in the service costs. - In in case of differences in shade between the new and existing panes (aging glass, different batches) - color approval by the Ordering Party is required before installation. - Any damage to adjacent elements (frames, step supports) must be reported to the ordering party and agree on the method of repair before installation. - Before installing materials in the facility, the contractor is obliged to provide documents confirming their quality, in particular technical data sheets, approvals, certificates, declaration of performance We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations) in the form of a discount auction or request for quotation.
