Description:
The subject of the fall is the design and implementation on the basis of design documentation developed by the contractor: replacement of hot and cold water, circulation and sewage vertles, along with the installation of housing and approaches in buildings at ul. Grczewska 139 and 141 in Warsaw in the design and build system. The contractor is obliged to implement the order on the principles and conditions described in the design provisions of the contract and the functional and use of the integral and use of the SWZ. The purpose of correctly drawing an offer is recommended by the Contractors at the same cost of a local vision in the field, where the subject of pollination and obtaining (on its responsibility and risk) of all information that can be relevant to the preparation of the offer would be implemented. The contractor is obliged to have a civil liability policy for the activities conducted, on the sum of 150,000.00 with the entire duration of the contract, which will include his responsibility of contracts and torts.
