Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the replacement of insulator chains on NN power lines, in accordance with the scope specified in Part II SWZ.
101 para. 4 of the Act, the Employer allows Solutions equivalent to described in SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than cited.
4) in accordance with art. 5 of the Act, the contractor, which refers to equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority, is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions to an equivalent extent meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract, in particular by means of the evidence in question, referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act.
5) The contracting authority requires the contractor to indicate in the offer, part of the contract, the performance of which intends to entrust to subcontractors and providing subcontractors by the contractor if they are already known.
6) pursuant to the provisions of art. 95 and art. 438 of the Act in connection with art. 134 para. 2 point 14 of the Act, the Employer specifies the requirements related to the execution of the contract in the scope of employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship action...
