Description:
1) The subject of the order is the service consisting in the replacement of transformers and the implementation of all necessary works covered by the task titled: "Replacement of insulator strings on the section from State 235 to SE Czarna." in accordance with the scope specified in Part II of the SWZ.
2) Detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ.
101 section 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in the SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned.
101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions meet the requirements to an equivalent extent. specified in the description of the subject of the contract, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act.
4) Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 438 of the Act in connection with Art. 95 section 1 of the Act, the requirements regarding the obligation to employ employees are specified in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ.
