- 1. The subject of the contract is:
1.1. delivery, replacement and commissioning of precision air conditioning in the server room,
1.2. delivery, replacement and start-up of "SPLIT" air conditioning in technical rooms,
1.3. updating the documentation in the scope of introduced changes
2. Orderede has not been divided into parts due to the risk of incompatibility of the purchased devices with devices available at the e Health Center, as well as new devices with each other.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.
4. Contractora is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
