Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a precision air conditioning system along with the performance of all accompanying works in the server room of the KRUS Headquarters building in Żyrardow at ul. Okrzei 58.
2. The subject of the order also includes the dismantling and disposal of the installationsexisting and currently operating air conditioning devices in the server room.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the draft provisions of the contract - Chapter II SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractors to participate in an on-site visit to the C/KRUS building in Żyrardow, where the work will be carried outsubject of the contract, in order to assess the existing situation and present the most advantageous offer possible.
During the on-site visit, the Contractor assesses the actual situation at his own responsibility and risk. All costs of participation in the on-site visit are borne by the Contractor.
The Ordering Party will reject the Contractor's offercy who did not make a site visit.
5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor's staff to have electrical and construction qualifications due to the need to connect the system to the building's power grid and install condensers on the roof of the building.
6. The Contractor must have authorization granted byfrom the manufacturer of the offered precision air-conditioning system for its installation and commissioning, as well as providing the Ordering Party with a warranty and providing service during the warranty period.
