Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in replacing road surfaces on the premises of the Police School in Katowice. Designation of the subject of the order according to the Common Vocabulary Order: 45233223-8 Replacement of the road surface.2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order was specified in the documentation technical form, which constitutes Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. The details of the order execution are specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.4. The Ordering Party requires that the warranty for the completed construction works is at least 36 months, counting from the completion of the implementation of the subject of the contract and the signing of the Protocol.
