The subject of the order is: The subject of the order is the replacement of the roof covering on the Volunteer Fire Department building in Bobrowniki. Construction works should be performed in accordance with the design documentation, i.e.: Construction Design and bill of quantities. The bill of quantities constitutes a general guideline for the workmanshipnawcw and does not specify the scope of work covered by the order. The statements included in the bill of quantities are intended to illustrate the scale of the construction work and help contractors estimate the investment costs, therefore the bill of quantities can only be considered an auxiliary document. Basis for estimating the lump sum priceThe input is the design documentation supplemented with SWZ provisions. The design documentation and bill of quantities describe in detail the subject of the order, and the requirements specified at least in one place are binding on the Contractor as if they were included in the entire documentation. The contractor may not exploit errorsor omissions in the documents, and should immediately notify the Ordering Party of their detection, who will make appropriate changes and corrections.
