The contract award procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender based on the "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A." , adopted for application by Resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of August 1, 2023 (does not apply provisions of the Public Procurement Law).2. Type of order: construction work.3. The subject of the order is: replacement of the roof covering, renovation of the facade and construction of the architrave in residential buildings at ul. Lwowska 23 and 27 in Bełżec.4. The procedure covered by this SWZ is marked with the symbol: KFZ/2025/WNP-018312. Contractors are obliged to refer to the above-mentioned marking in all contacts with the Ordering Party.5. Each Contractor may submit only one offer, prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ (the offer should be submitted electronically, in the manner indicated in Chapter V of the SWZ).6. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers.7. The ordering party requires a deposit of PLN 10,000.00.8.
