Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings and order is the replacement of staircase doors in segments E and F of the building of the Faculty of Chemistry of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, ul. Gronostajowa 2 for smoke-proof doors. 2. The Ordering Party informs that the scope of work is shown in the technical documentation constituting Annex A to the SWZ. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex A to this ToR, which contains a list of doors to be replaced, a technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works (hereinafter abbreviated as STWiOR) and, additionally, a bill of quantities for the works. The Ordering Party emphasizes that the attached bill of quantities constitutes material only auxiliary and the quantities of works included in the attached bill of quantities are estimated and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, and the basis for preparing the offer is the technical description and STWiOR. 4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the designed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, taking into account the conditions for the implementation of the task specified in Annex A to the SWZ. 5.
